At Color Me Mine Voorhees, we do our absolute best to carefully handle, glaze, and fire your art! There may however be occasional imperfections due to the hand made nature of the paint your own pottery process.
We ask for your understanding in the case of flawed masterpieces, and promise to do our best to make things right. For pieces with irreparable damage (aka items that cannot be reglazed and refired) we will offer studio credit for the full amount (studio fee + ceramic). No refunds.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of inappropriate products, such as acrylic paints, glitter, crayons, etc. Only our glaze and standard #2 pencils are kiln-safe!
Pieces are always ready for pickup 1 week from the day you paint/drop off (unless otherwise stated by staff.) We do not call after pieces are fired, however our system will send a curtesy message to the email or phone number associated with the reservation on the scheduled day of pickup. We can also only guarantee to keep pieces for 30 days after that date. We are not responsible for items not picked up after this window- rest assured abandoned pottery is often donated or lovingly rehomed!
We are not responsible for damages that occur outside of the studio/after pickup, and no store credit can be issued in these cases. Please be reminded that pottery should be handled with care (pieces are only top rack dishwasher safe, with handwashing as the best policy, and we do not recommend use in microwave or oven.)
Any specials or promotions offered are studio specific and are not redeemable at other Color Me Mine locations. Store credits issued are also only valid at our location, and must be verified by staff.
Full payment is due at time of appointment. Minimum gratuities apply for large groups (5 or more painters.) Party/Event deposits are nonrefundable.
Please remember to treat everyone with respect in our studio- discrimination or harassment towards guests or staff will not be tolerated. Remember to show your appreciation for the quality service of our "Paint Waitresses" who kindly accept tips :)
